The best time to do this is immediately when you wake up in the morning as it starts your metabolism. I've tried different tests, the best results have been first thing in the morning. Maintain a consistent pace for a half hour to an hour per day. You'll notice dramatic results by doing this.
Tips
  • Drink a cold glass of water as soon as you wake up. This cleanses your body and starts your metabolism also. You should drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. It's important to do while you're losing weight because you need to flush out toxins as you burn fat.
  • Eat a lot of vegetables - they are loaded with nutrients and fiber.
  • Eat a grapefruit every day - there is an enzyme in grapefruit that helps burn fat faster.
  • Eat organic, extra virgin coconut oil. Take a tablespoon in the morning and a tablespoon late afternoon. This has tremendous health benefits as well as weight loss. More on this another time.
  • Eat black beans - these are an excellent source of nutrients, protein and fiber.
  • Eat nuts and seeds - these are great to snack on if you feel hungry throughout the day for protein and fiber.
