My Thoughts On The C2 Indoor Rowing Machine

By Joan Kenner

I was never very considering the sport of indoor rowing until I tested out a C2 Indoor Rower. Like mast other pieces of aerobic workout equipment you find at a gym, I assumed an indoor rower would be dull and not offer any muscle-building .

I was wrong

What I realized was that indoor rowers provide many different workouts. They keep users from getting burnt out, which means they are more likely to stick to their exercise regimen. Whether you are trying to burn fat or build muscle or both, you will get results faster when you exercise regularly.

They are additionally really practical. I did not recognize how light-weight and easy one of these devices was to relocate until I picked it up and rolled it across the room. I could do it almost effortlessly with one hand. I was actually surprised. This factor alone made me think it would be the optimal piece of home exercise equipment. I could easily move it from room to room and then keep it out of view when it was not being used.

I likewise had no problems hearing music or enjoying a good movie while working out. I admit, occasionally I look for a diversion or an escape while I am working out. With a loud piece of workout equipment, you can't hear songs or watch a movie. Sometimes this means that I will not workout at all.

When I used to jog frequently, I would finish an exercise and then have to incorporate a strength-building regimen for my arms. With the Concept2 Indoor Rowing Machine, I don't have to do that. All significant muscle areas get a good workout on the rower, and in less time.

This gives me more time to do other activities that I want to do. It also gives me much more motivation to exercise on a rower, because I know it will get me more results quicker than other alternative workout routines.

As you can see, I am a huge fan of this rowing machine, but there is another factor I wish to point out. I like working out outside. Normally I do not like indoor workout classes or fitness centers. Nonetheless, since the C2 is so lightweight and convenient to carry around, I just roll it outdoors and take advantage of working out in the sunlight. If this is an issue that you are worried about, you do not need to be.

If you're thinking of buying home workout device, like an indoor rower, try one out first. Lots of health clubs have them, or your local workout equipment store might let you test drive one. Then, you can go shopping online to find the lowest priced deal on the device you want.
